SAP Comprehensive
SAP Calculations (Standard Assessment Procedure) are the UK Government’s methodology for measuring energy efficiency and CO₂ emission rates for newly built, converted or extended residential dwellings and are required to be submitted to your local Building Control to ensure compliance with the Building Regulations Part L.
In addition to our standard Part L SAP calculations, ATSPACE are now proud to present our new SAP Comprehensive service.
Once we have discussed your end goal for this service, we will:
• Analyse the proposed specification, using our database of prices garnered from suppliers across the UK to produce an estimated cost.
• Consider more cost-effective alternatives to materials, build methods and technologies in order to provide a cost saving.
• Produce a full report detailing the cost savings and the effects on the SAP/EPC rating for each recommendation made.
• Produce all required final SAP documentation and reports, as required for Part L1 sign off
Generate and lodge your Energy Performance Certificate (EPC).
In addition, we are happy to liaise with your Building Control Officer and/or design team to ensure that our recommendations are acceptable and achievable for your specific project.
We’ll supply a detailed checklist of requirements prior to commencement of the project.
